50 Years Of Title IX
General Notes Of Interest
- Josefine Eriksen had a dominant Friday for Utah track and field adding her name to a few other Utah records, this time running the second fastest 400m dash after winning her heat at 52.94. She also competed in Utah’s 4x400m relay team with Jasie York, Oneillia Fuller, Lauren O’Banion closing out the day at Hilmer Lodge Stadium and taking third-overall (second in its heat) with a mark of 3:41.95.
- Women’s tennis defeated Colorado on Senior Day with a 4-1 win to close out the regular season. It was their 14th win of the season.
- Utah lacrosse wins fourth straight game, beating Robert Morris 18-8. They remain undefeated in ASUN play.
- Utah baseball take the series against #20 Arizona in a rubber game win. It’s the first series win over Arizona since 2018.
- Utah softball was swept by the #13 ASU Sun Devils despite putting up good fights. The Utes will look to bounce back against Weber State this week.
- Utah golf placed 13th out of a 15 team field to wrap up regular season play at the ASU Thunderbird Collegiate. The tournament featured 10 of the nation’s top-50 teams.
