Donovan Mitchell Wears Camo Shoes In ‘Hoops For Troops’ Game

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah guard Donovan Mitchell debuted a camouflage edition of his signature shoes in the Jazz’s “Hoops for Troops” game against the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Jazz honored “members of the armed forces and their families” on Friday, November 8.

Mitchell debuted a white and camo colorway of his Adidas D.O.N Issue #1 shoes prior to tip-off against the Bucks.

The new kicks featured the words “Thank You.”

Jazz players Mike Conley, Danté Exum, Rudy Gobert, Jeff Green, Joe Ingles, and Mitchell donated tickets through the player ticket donation program for Continue Mission and TAPS to attend the game.

The organization honored each branch of service during the Bucks game.

Utah wore special “Hoops for Troops” shirts during pregame warmups on Friday.

The “Hoops for Troops” program is an initiative that the NBA and its teams participate in year-round.

Mitchell has worn special editions of his shoes multiple times during the summer and earlier this season.

The Jazz guard’s signature kicks are currently available for purchase in Iron Spider, Stealth Spider-Man, Symbiote Spider-Man, black-white-gold, and Star Wars Lightsaber colorways.
