Donovan Mitchell Wants Your Help Naming New Edition Of Shoes

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell wants your help naming a new edition of his signature shoes.
Mitchell wore a never-before-seen pair of Adidas D.O.N Issue #1 shoes during the Jazz vs. Bucks preseason game on Wednesday, October 9.
The Jazz guard tweeted “What do y’all wanna name these?” in a response to photos posted by SLAM Kicks on Twitter.

Mitchell’s kicks were red, black, and white with gold accents.
The new colorway isn’t currently listed as an available option for sale by Adidas. It’s unknown if they will be available in the future.

The Jazz guard was recently seen wearing an unreleased purple mountain edition of his signature Adidas shoes at practice.

Mitchell also wore special edition red, white, and blue versions of his signature shoes during the 2019 FIBA World Cup.

Adidas has released five colorways of Mitchell’s shoes. The first edition to go on a sale was a red/blue Spider-Man version.

Subsequent Iron Spider, Stealth Spider-Man, Symbiote Spider-Man, and black-white-gold colorways have been released for sale.
