The former Ute also started in two games on defense in the playoffs against the Arizona Cardinals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, before appearing on special teams in the NFC Championship game against the San Francisco 49ers and the Super Bowl against the Cincinnati Bengals.
This season, Burgess has 7 solo tackles and 11 total tackles in seven games played, including one start. He appeared on defense in two games this season.
During his time with the Rams, Burgess appeared in 34 regular season and playoff games, including five starts. He recorded 23 solo tackles, 36 total tackles, and one pass deflection.
