Tony Finau Remains In Contention After Day Three At RBC Heritage

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utahn and PGA Tour golfer Tony Finau remained in contention following his third round of play at the RBC Heritage tournament.
Finau entered the his round on Saturday, June 20, tied for 11th on the leaderboard. He finished the day with a score of 68, good for three-under par.
It was his second time with a round of 68 in as many days, Finau entered the clubhouse tied for 20th place and four strokes behind the Tyrrell Hatton, who sat atop the leaderboard.

Early on Saturday morning, Finau was asked about his favorite memory from playing the RBC Heritage in past years. The Utahn recalled a near hole-in-one shot on a Par 4 ninth hole in 2016.

Although they hadn’t completed their rounds on day three, Abraham Ancer, Ryan Palmer, and Webb Simpson also sat at two-under when Finau entered the clubhouse.
Finau will play his final round at the RBC Heritage tournament on Sunday, June 21.
