Donovan Mitchell Hits Sixth Three-Pointer During Nets/Jazz Game

SALT LAKE CITY – Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell returned to action and was hot was three-point range during Utah’s game against the Brooklyn Nets.
The Jazz hosted the Nets at Vivint Arena on Friday, February 4.
With 7:14 remaining in the third quarter, Mitchell knocked down a 26-foot jumper to give Utah an 85-54 lead.
It was Mitchell’s sixth triple of the contest.

During his first 18 minutes on the court, Mitchell had a game-high 23 points on 6-8 shooting, including 6-7 from distance. He added three rebounds, four assists, and a block. Mitchell recorded a plus-23 rating during his first 18 minutes.

Mitchell last played on January 17.
He missed Utah’s last eight games due to a concussion. During Mitchell’s recovery and absence from the court, the Jazz posted a 2-6 record, including a five-game losing streak.
This season, Mitchell is averaging 25.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per contest.
