Jazz Guard Jordan Clarkson Puts Spurs’ Derrick White On Skates

SALT LAKE CITY – Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson snapped the ankles of Derrick White with a quick move to the hoop during Utah’s game against the San Antonio Spurs.
The Jazz hosted the Spurs at Vivint Arena on Friday, December 17.
With 10:05 remaining in the first half, last season’s NBA Sixth Man of the Year put White on skates before slithering down the lane for a layup.

Clarkson’s bucket gave the Jazz a 44-39 lead.
After the layup, Clarkson had nine points on 3-4 shooting, including 3-4 from beyond the arc. He posted a plus-10 rating during his first six minutes on the court.

This season, Clarkson is averaging 14.9 points per game on 38.1 percent shooting. The guard is also putting up 3.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.2 blocks, and 0.6 steals in 25.0 minutes per game.
