Patriots LB Kyle Van Noy Hosts Charity Christmas Party, Donates $25K

SALT LAKE CITY – Former BYU and current New England Patriots linebacker Kyle Van Noy and his wife, Marissa, hosted a Christmas party for foster children and donated $25,000.
It was the Van Noy’s 8th annual “Very Van Noy Christmas” party.
This year, the couple hosted 183 foster kids from the Boston area. Van Noy and his wife donated $25,000 for personalized Christmas trees and gifts off of the children’s wish lists.

The Van Noy family runs the Van Noy Valor Foundation, who’s mission is to “encourage personal valor in the lives of adopted children, those in foster-care, & disadvantaged youth through resources & opportunities.”

The former BYU star is currently in his eight NFL season and fifth with the Patriots.
In 12 games, Van Noy has recorded 42 total tackles, 28 solo tackles, four sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, one interception, and one touchdown.
Van Noy was originally drafted out of BYU by the Detroit Lions during the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft.
New England currently owns a 9-4 record, which is tied for the best record in the AFC.
The Patriots’ next game is against the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday, December 18 at 6:15 p.m. (MDT) on NFL Network.
