SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz center Rudy Gobert swatted a shot by Boston and followed up the play on the offensive end with an alley-oop dunk during Utah’s game against the Celtics.
The Celtics hosted the Jazz at TD Garden in Boston on Tuesday, March 16.
With 9:58 left in the game, Gobert rejected a shot in the paint by Celtics guard Jaylen Brown.
Six seconds later, Georges Niang lobbed an alley-oop to Gobert, who threw the ball down for a jam.

Gobert’s dunk gave Utah an 87-81 lead.
Less than a minute later, the Jazz fed Gobert again.
Jordan Clarkson drove and dished the ball off to a rolling Gobert. The Jazz center rose up and dunked on Boston’s Daniel Theis while getting fouled.

Gobert completed the three-point play with a made free throw.
The Jazz led 90-81 after Gobert’s dunk and subsequent foul shot.

After the stretch, Gobert had 12 points and four blocks.
