Utah State Basketball Adds One Game, Changes Venue For Weber State Game

LOGAN, Utah – The Utah State men’s basketball team announced three changes within their non-conference schedule.
The Aggies have added a non-conference game with College of Idaho at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum on Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. MST. Their game with Weber State will now be played in Ogden at the Dee Event Center on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 2 p.m. MST. The game was originally scheduled to be played at the Spectrum.
Finally, Utah State’s game against St. Mary’s in Logan has been moved to the 2021-22 season.

Tuesday’s game versus College of Idaho will be the second meeting between the two schools. The first meeting was last season in exhibition play. The Aggies beat the Yotes, 103-66. The Spectrum will have limited fans for the game, with approximately 1,600 seats available for the game. Ticket information will be released soon at utahstateaggies.com.
Utah State and Weber State will meet for the 73rd time on the hardwood. The Aggies lead the series 44-28 with USU winning six of the last eight contests. Tip-off for the December 12 contest will be at 2 p.m. MST.
The Aggies are 1-2 this season after the Bad Boy Mower Crossover Classic. They lost to VCU, 85-69 in the season opener, followed by an 83-59 defeat at the hands of South Dakota State. Utah State ended the tournament with an 82-71 win over Northern Iowa.
Their home opener will be this Saturday, Dec. 5 against BYU. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. MST.
