With a 35-3 lead going into the second half, BYU started off on defense to start the third quarter.
The Hilltoppers methodically moved the ball down the field, running 20 plays and taking up over 10 minutes of game time.
Western Kentucky had the ball at the BYU one-yard line with 1st and goal.
However, the Cougar defense did not waiver; getting four straight stops to force the WKU offense off the field with zero points.
#BYU defense gets the stop. Four plays from the BYU 1-yard line and the Cougar D gets the stop.
Nice plays from Troy Warner, Keenan Ellis, and Isaiah Kaufusi on that goal line stand.#WKUvsBYU #BYUFootball @kslsports
