SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell rocked the rim with a big slam dunk midway through the fourth quarter of Game 5 against the Denver Nuggets.
Mitchell and the Jazz held a 3-1 series lead over Murray and the Nuggets as they entered Game 5 on Tuesday, August 25.
The third year guard drove drove down the lane and rose above Denver’s Michael Porter Jr. to throw down a powerful jam.
Mitchell’s dunk tied the game at 96-96 with 6:34 remaining in the game.
The field goal resulted in Mitchell’s 10th made basket of the contest. He was 10-20 for 26 points after the dunk.
Game 5 between the Utah Jazz and Denver Nuggets is broadcast on TNT, AT&T SportsNet, and 97.5 FM.
