Weber State Football Picked To Win Big Sky Conference In Preseason Polls

OGDEN, Utah – Weber State football was picked to win the Big Sky Conference in the preseason media and coaches polls.
It’s the first time in school history that the Wildcats were picked to win the conference.
Weber State received seven first place votes in the coaches poll and picked up 135 points. The media poll gave Weber State 28 first place votes and 546 points.

Winners of the last three Big Sky Conference Championships, Weber State will go for their fourth straight and have a ton of experience returning to do so. The Wildcats bring back 17 starters from 2019 including 10 players with All-Big Sky honors. Weber State brings back All-American running back Josh Davis, fullback Clay Moss, defensive lineman Jared Schiess and offensive lineman Ty Whitworth, all who received first team All-Big Sky honors in 2019.
