SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson scored the easiest two points of the night against the Houston Rockets in the second quarter.
Rockets star James Harden attempted his famous step-back three-pointer when Clarkson reached his arm out to contest the shot. Harden leaned into Clarkson to try and draw the foul but the officials didn’t call the foul. When Harden was about to launch the shot, the ball slipped out of Harden’s head and went behind him. Clarkson grabbed the ball and went the other way to finish the sequence with an easy two-handed dunk.
That was Clarkson’s 18th point of the game in just the second quarter that put the Jazz up 50-45 with 7:32 remaining in the second quarter.
