BEJING, China – Jazz forward, Joe Ingles put a great fake stepback move on Rudy Gobert and drove past the big man for a reverse layup on Sunday morning.
The Jazz forward made a slight hesitation move, acted as if he was going to step back for a shot, and then proceeded to drive past the Jazz center for the bucket.
Following the layup, Ingles talked a little smack to his Jazz teammate.

Ingles put the move on Gobert in the bronze medal game of the 2019 FIBA World Cup between Australia and France.
The layup was part of Ingles’ team-high 17 points. He also posted 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 steal.
The Australian’s performance wasn’t enough to hold off Gobert and France. The Jazz center led France to a third-place finish and a bronze medal at World Cup with a 67-59 victory over Ingles’ team.

Gobert didn’t have a stellar box score with only 2 points, 4 rebounds, and 1 assist. However, the Jazz’s big man showed out on defense with a couple of steals and helped “Les Bleus” come back from a 15-point deficit in the second half to take the bronze.
France avenged an earlier loss to the Boomers in the tournament with Sunday’s win. Ingles had 23 points in a 100-98 win over Gobert’s squad on September 9.
The Aussies’ 4th place finish is their highest ever at the World Cup.
