SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – After a former Kearns High football star was recently hospitalized after a trampoline accident, he was paid a visit in the hospital by members of the Salt Lake Stallions.

The group led by former University of Utah and NFL star Sealver Siliga, came to show their support to Audrick Afatasi at the Intermountain Health Care facility in Murray. The Stallions spent time with Afatasi, who was injured at a trampoline park a couple week ago and offered a bedside prayer on his behalf.

Afatasi was two-time first team all-region linebacker at Kearns High during his playing days.

While reports were that Afatasi was facing possible paralysis after his injury, videos on his father’s Facebook page show the former high school football star progressing through occupational therapy at the hospital.

After his injury, a GoFundMe page was established in Afatasi’s name. The link to donate is available here.
