OGDEN, Utah –Ā Weber State scored early and often against Eastern Washington as the Wildcats raced to a 45-21 win, improving to 5-0.
No. 7 Weber State hosted the Eastern Washington Eagles at Stewart Stadium in Ogden, UT on Saturday, October 8.
The team clad in purple didn’t wait long to get on the scoreboard as quarterback Bronson Barron found Ty MacPherson with a 65-yard play action bomb down the middle of the field. After Barron play-faked to running back Josh Davis, he stepped into the pocket and lofted a beautiful ball to a sprinting MacPherson who had found his way behind the Eagles secondary.
