Jazz Forward Georges Niang Buries Consecutive Three-Pointers During Run Against Magic

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz forward Georges Niang connected on back-to-back three-point attempts during a big run in the second quarter of Utah’s game against the Orlando Magic.
The Magic hosted the Jazz at Amway Center on Saturday, February 27.
Midway through the second quarter, Niang helped power a 17-2 run by the Jazz.
Following a three-pointer by Jordan Clarkson, Niang buried a pair of triples less than a minute apart.

During the run, Utah connected on five three-pointers and one two-point jumper.
The stretch helped the Jazz take a 54-50 lead into halftime.
Suddenly five of the last six baskets by the @utahjazz have come from downtown, and they lead the @OrlandoMagic 39-33.

At the break, Niang had six points on 2-4 shooting off the bench.
In addition to his scoring, Niang had two rebounds and an assist.

He posted a plus-seven rating during his first 10 minutes on the court.
