Jerrick Harding Honored in Weber State’s Win Over Northern Arizona

OGDEN, Utah – Weber State guard Jerrick Harding was honored for becoming the Wildcats’ all-time leading scorer during the team’s win over the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks.
Harding and the Wildcats hosted the Lumberjacks at Dee Events Center in Ogden on Saturday, February 8.
The guard was honored during a pregame ceremony before the Lumberjacks and Wildcats tipped off.

Harding became the school’s all-time leading scorer during the Wildcats’ previous game against the Sacramento State Hornets on February 6.
On Saturday night, Harding led the Wildcats to a 76-70 win over the Lumberjacks.
Harding scored 24 points on 8-20 shooting including 4-10 from three and 4-4 from the foul stripe. All four of Harding’s triples came during the second half.

He added 1 rebound, 2 assists, and 3 steals in the victory.
Weber State had four starters scored in double-figures against Northern Arizona.
The Wildcats shot 48.3 percent from the field and 34.8 percent from distance.
Northern Arizona shot 41.7 percent for the game including 37.0 percent from beyond the arc.
The Lumberjacks were led by Bernie Andre’s 24 points on 10-13 field goals. Andre added 8 rebounds, 1 steal, and a block in the loss.

Northern Arizona moved to 13-9 on the season and 7-6 in Big Sky Conference games.
The Wildcats improved to 10-14 overall and 5-7 in conference play. They’ve won two straight and four of their last five games.

Weber State travels to Montana for a two-game road trip beginning with the Montana Grizzlies. The Wildcats and Grizzlies are scheduled to play on Thursday, February 13 at 7 p.m. (MDT).
