Located in Orem, Utah, Bam Bams BBQ has priced all of their items at $8.24 in honor of the two numbers Bryant wore during his 20 year NBA career with the Los Angeles Lakers.
“Thank you for inspiring us all to be better Fathers, Husbands, competitors, and dreamers,” Bam Bams BBQ tweeted.
Bryant’s legacy will long be remembered by those who watched him on the basketball court, however, as many mourn the passing of the NBA legend, remarks regarding his role within his family, and his unwavering support for his children and wife are also becoming more prevalent.
It seems rare that an athlete’s death brings this much pause to the world. Kobe was more than just an athlete, he was a role model for millions of people across the world, very few people, if any, have the DNA makeup that Kobe had.
His competitive drive, yet, professional demeanor touched more lives than I am sure he even realized.
Kobe is survived by wife Vanessa and children Natalia, Bianka, and Capri.
