Fred Warner Leads 49ers With 6 Tackles In MNF Win

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU and current San Francisco 49ers linebacker Fred Warner had a great game on Monday Night Football as he led the team with six tackles and added a pass deflection in their 31-3 win over the Cleveland Browns.

The New York Jets cut Bronson Kaufusi and later signed him to their practice squad. Former American Fork high school offensive lineman was placed on injured reserve with the Oakland Raiders.

Star Lotulelei, DL, Buffalo Bills (4-1)
The former Ute started at defensive tackle and had 2 tackles in the Bills’ 14-7 win over the Tennessee Titans.

Devontae Booker, RB, Denver Broncos (1-4)
Booker played 10 snaps on special teams as the Broncos beat the Los Angeles Chargers, 20-13.

Garett Bolles, OL, Denver Broncos (1-4)
Bolles started at left tackle and played in all 61 snaps on offense in the Broncos’ 20-13 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.

Sam Tevi, OL, Los Angeles Chargers (2-3)
Tevi started at right tackle and played in all 70 snaps on offense in the Chargers 20-13 loss to the Denver Broncos.

Eric Weddle, S, Los Angeles Rams (3-2)
Weddle recorded seven tackles in the Rams’ Thursday night game. L.A. lost at Seattle by one point, 30-29.

Eric Rowe, CB, Miami Dolphins (0-4)
The Dolphins had a bye this week.
Next Up: vs. Washington Redskins (0-5), Sunday 11 a.m. on FOX.

Marcus Williams, S, New Orleans Saints (4-1)
The former Ute had one tackle for the Saints on Sunday. He did have an interception but it was called back after a Saints penalty. New Orleans beat Tampa Bay 31-24.

Mitch Wishnowsky, P, San Francisco 49ers (4-0)
Wishnowsky punted the ball four times for 176 total yards. He had two punts land inside the 20-yard line and his longest punt traveled 60 yards in the 49ers 31-3 win over the Cleveland Browns on Monday Night Football.

Marquise Blair, S, Seattle Seahawks (4-1)
The former Ute was listed as inactive prior to the game and did not play in the Seattle win.

Cody Barton, LB, Seattle Seahawks (4-1)
Barton played 20 snaps for the Seahawks on Thursday night. The Seahawks held off the Rams for a one-point victory.

Matt Gay, K, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-3)
The former Utah kicker made a 42-yard field goal for the Bucs on Sunday. Tampa Bay fell to New Orleans 31-24.

Tony Bergstrom, OL, Washington Redskins (0-5)
Bergstrom started at center and played in every snap in the Redskins’ 33-7 loss to the New England Patriots.

Ezekiel Ansah, DE, Seattle Seahawks (4-1)
The former Cougar recorded one tackle for Seattle on Thursday night. He played 46 snaps for the Seahawks’ defense in their 30-29 win.

Michael Davis, CB, Los Angeles Chargers (2-3)
Davis started at cornerback and recorded one pass deflection that was nearly an interception in the Chargers 20-13 loss to the Denver Broncos.

Taysom Hill, QB, New Orleans Saints (4-1)
The former BYU QB completed one pass for 18 yards and ran for 14 more yards on Sunday. The Saints beat the Buccaneers 31-24.

Harvey Langi, New York Jets (0-4)
Langi played 7 snaps on defense and 26 special teams snaps, but didn’t record any statistics as the Jets lost to the Philadelphia Eagles, 31-6.

Daniel Sorensen, S, Kansas City Chiefs (4-1)
