Instant Replay: IUPUI Freshman Guard With Dunk Of The Year Against Green Bay
SALT LAKE CITY – Vincent Brady II’s eyes must have blown up like saucers when he realized nobody was going to stop his path to the basket.
With a combined record of 6-43, it’s fair to say that nobody expected a dunk-of-the-year candidate to come from Saturday’s Green Bay at IUPUI Horizon League game.

Leading 58-46, Green Bay extended some token, 3/4 court pressure against the Jaguars. With four Green Bay defenders in the backcourt, Brady caught a pass just beyond midcourt and turned to see only 6’8 sophomore forward Cade Meyer between him and the basket.
Brady took two dribble before elevating and with one hand, extending to the basket.
To his credit, Meyer met the 6’4 Brady at the apex of his leap before getting Wilson tattooed across his forward. Brady threw down a vicious right-handed hammer that sent Meyer sprawling and gave the Jaguars a 14-point advantage.
A freshman, Brady and DJ Jackson each scored 16 points in leading the Jaguars to their first Horizon League win of the season, 68-53.
