SALT LAKE CITY – The final week of the 2022 regular season of college football is sadly here, but it includes three FBS contests with a lot on the line, as well as an FCS postseason game.
Following a disappointing loss on the road to the Oregon Ducks, the No. 14 Utah Utes are on the road to face the lowly Colorado Buffaloes. Although the odds are slim, Utah still has a chance to make the Pac-12 Conference title game.
The BYU Cougars no longer have to worry about becoming bowl eligible after picking up their sixth win of the season in Week 12. BYU now eyes a win over the Stanford Cardinal in what will be its final regular season game as an FBS Independent.
The Utah State Aggies also earned bowl eligibility with a win in Week 12. Now, USU will travel north to Idaho to take on the Boise State Broncos in a big Mountain West Conference contest. The Broncos are undefeated in Mountain West action this season.
The Weber State Wildcats are home to host their FCS playoff opener against the North Dakota Fighting Hawks. After missing the postseason last year, the Wildcats earned an at-large selection to make their sixth playoff appearance in the last seven years.
