Raiders Sign Former Utah State Linebacker Kyler Fackrell

SALT LAKE CITY – The Las Vegas Raiders announced their signing of free agent and former Utah State linebacker Kyler Fackrell.
Las Vegas announced the transaction on Monday, March 21.
Fackrell’s deal with the Raiders is for one season, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

About Kyler Fackrell
Prior to his time in the NFL, Fackrell was a standout linebacker for the Aggies. He played for USU from 2011-2015.
After his time in Logan, Fackrell was selected by the Green Bay Packers during the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
Following four seasons with the Packers, the former Utah State linebacker signed a one-year deal with the Giants.

Fackrell played one season with New York before joining the Los Angeles Chargers as a free agent in 2021.
Last season, Fackrell had 17 total tackles, 11 solo tackles, four tackles for loss, 3.0 sacks, four quarterback hits, one pass breakup, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.
During his six-year NFL career, Fackrell has recorded 162 total tackles, 114 solo tackles, 23.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, one interception, four pass breakups, and a touchdown in 86 games.
