Finau, 32, has had great success at the Farmers Insurance Open, 2021 he finished in a tie for second, and the year prior he finished in a tie for sixth. The last time Finau finished the tournament outside a top 10 finish came in 2018 when he finished in a tie for 13th.
Today, Finau managed to sink seven birdies and only two bogeys. Remarkably, Finau’s first bogey came on the 13th hole while his second and final bogey came on the 18th.
