Conley Hits Three After Wraparound Pass From Mitchell During Jazz/Pelicans Game

SALT LAKE CITY – Jazz guard Mike Conley connected on a three-pointer after receiving a beautiful pass from Donovan Mitchell during Utah’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Pelicans hosted the Jazz at Smoothie King Center on Monday, January 3.
With 9:15 left in the third quarter, Donovan Mitchell drove the lane before whipping a wraparound pass to Conley in the corner. The veteran guard let loose on a 24-foot attempt to give the Jazz a 10-point lead, 62-52.

After the triple, Conley had 18 points on 6-12 shooting, including 4-6 from distance. He added six rebounds, five assists, and a block during 18 minutes of action.

Mitchell’s pass was his third assist of the game.
This season, Conley is averaging 14.0 points per game on 46.8 percent shooting, including 42.2 percent on three-pointers.
