Utah QB Bryson Barnes Throws Game-Tying TD Late In Rose Bowl Game

PASADENA, Calif. – Utah quarterback Bryson Barnes threw a game-tying touchdown pass late in the fourth quarter of the Rose Bowl Game against Ohio State.
The No. 11 Utes played the No. 6 Buckeyes at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California on Saturday, January 1.
With 1:54 remaining in the fourth quarter, Barnes threw a 15-yard toss to Kincaid.
The Barnes-Kincaid connection tied the game at 45-45.

The play capped a six-play, 57-yard drive that lasted 2:28.
After the toss, Barnes was 2/2 passing for 23 yards and a touchdown.
Kincaid had three catches for 45 yards and a touchdown.
Barnes replaced Cam Rising after the starting quarterback exited the game with 9:56 left in the fourth quarter. Rising was sacked by Ohio State’s Kourt Williams II and hit his helmet on the ground during the tackle.
The Rose Bowl Game between Utah and Ohio State is broadcast on ESPN and 700 AM.
