I would've loved playing a game in this place.
Especially one of this magnitude.
Oregon is gonna throw the entire student body out there to stop Utah's run, so, if Utah's run is working early, that's a big time sign things are gonna be ok!
Look for Oregon to run early & often! pic.twitter.com/JeVJL3BgAx— Hans Olsen (@975Hans) December 3, 2021
First Half
Utah fans have definitely showed up!
I was in New Orleans to cover the Sugar Bowl in 2008, it was a blast but difficult to get to. Vegas is fairly convenient and can be affordable and it shows!
The fan base was crucial in the 1st game between these 2 teams.— Hans Olsen (@975Hans) December 4, 2021
Remember, at the end of the day, it's a game. Love this picture of Nacua supporting the Utes. He's a good player and a great kid.
The Nacua family really is a great football family. https://t.co/jSzvP9zpuk— Hans Olsen (@975Hans) December 4, 2021
Corners really starting to fill in. Upper decks have really filled in. pic.twitter.com/tH7yBdfHcv

Gonna do my best to hit you with some in game analysis on here. I have a screen I can record off to run a few videos while watching this game.

Hell of a 1st quarter.
Utah leads 14-0.
Pocket is solid, Oregon trying to stop the run.
A pick 6 and a nasty drive to open got this snowball rolling.— Hans Olsen (@975Hans) December 4, 2021
Look at the Oregon box. Jam packed running slants! Selling out to stop the Utah run. pic.twitter.com/y5ZXb1CqRd

Anthony Brown has looked terrible. I can't believe how off some of his throws have been. Just bad….
— Hans Olsen (@975Hans) December 4, 2021
Utah wisely not abandoning the run. Don't panic, keep running!

Pressure forces Brown to throw the INT. He’s gonna hate film review of this 1st Half. Mika Tafua balling out! pic.twitter.com/zqgrTZpPqu

Look at Cam Rising’s read and accuracy on this throw. He played a HIGH level 1st half. pic.twitter.com/Ajgpkopur5

Andy Ludwig and Cam Rising are on the same page. They found the weak spot in coverage. Yikes…… making Oregon look silly. pic.twitter.com/uahyvVCa3d

Kyle Whittingham and his staff outclassed Mario Cristobal and his staff in that 1st half.

Cole Bishop has been a big part of Utah’s growth as a team in the later part of this season. pic.twitter.com/jNWp704RLn

Oregon looks pathetic. Like they don't care. Bad snaps, bad throws, bad reads, bad lane decisions, can't even score off 2 INTs.

Pac12 teams that haven't made it to a Rose bowl in the last TWENTY YEARS:
Oregon State
California
Arizona State
UCLA

Utah is only the 2nd Pac12 team to represent the South division in 23 years. 23 freaking years.

Utah has outscored the team that was ranked #3 in the country by The College Football Playoff committee 76-10 over the past 8 quarters.

So, Utah will match up with an Ohio State team in the Rose Bowl that this Oregon team beat?
Huh…
That's interesting…..— Hans Olsen (@975Hans) December 4, 2021
What a luxury getting reps for your 3rd string redshirting freshman in mop up time during the Pac12 Championship game.
Absorb this one…
Never seen anything like this whooping.— Hans Olsen (@975Hans) December 4, 2021
Oregon was able to squeeze out 221 total offensive yards in this game.
