Jazz Guard Jordan Clarkson Finally Connects From Downtown Against Hawks

SALT LAKE CITY – Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson broke his streak of misses from three-point land during the second half of Utah’s game against the Atlanta Hawks.
The Hawks hosted the Jazz at State Farm Arena on Thursday, November 4.
With 5:52 left in the third quarter, Clarkson let loose on a shot from the top of the arc.
Clarkson’s shot broke a streak of 23 consecutive misses from distance. He arrived in Atlanta having shot a combined 0-18 from three during Utah’s last two games.
The triple cut Atlanta’s lead to 60-56.

At the end of the third quarter, Utah led Atlanta, 75-74.
Clarkson had a game-high 20 points on 6-14 shooting overall and 2-7 from three. He added two rebounds and one assist during his first 21 minutes of action.

This season, Clarkson is averaging 14.4 points per contest on 33.6 percent shooting, including 20.0 percent from deep.
He was honored as the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year last season.
