Utah Athletics To Host Public Open House To Unveil Ken Garff Performance Zone

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Athletics announced that they will host a public open house to tour the Ken Garff Performance Zone at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
Utah Utes fans will be able to tour the new Ken Garff Performance Zone at Rice-Eccles Stadium on Saturday, August 21 from 6-8 p.m. MT and will include a special program.
Each of the Utah head coaches will appear and talk about their upcoming season. The event is free for the public. Those in attendance will be able to check out the newly renovated south end zone of Rice-Eccles Stadium, including the Ken Garff Performance Zone, Utah football locker room, visiting team locker room, Field Club, Suite Club, Premium Terrance and restaurant.

The Ken Garff Performance Zone project has been under construction for nearly 18 months and will be ready for the season opener on Thursday, September 2 against Weber State. Stadium capacity will be increased to 51,444.
The program with the Utah head coaches and select student-athletes will be held on a stage on the field and will be projected on the video boards and TV’s throughout Rice-Eccles Stadium. Fans will not have direct interaction with the coaches or student-athletes.
Digital tickets are required to enter the event despite the free admission. Those tickets can be secured by visiting this link. All tickets obtained through the link will be entered into a drawing to receive exclusive prizes including a package of four box seats for a game (food included) and a Utah Utes Under Armour Swag Bag.
Parking for the event is free and available in all the lots surrounding Rice-Eccles Stadium.
