Kickoff Time Announced For Utah Football’s Season Opener Against Weber State

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The University of Utah football program announced the kickoff time for their season opener against Weber State on Sept. 2.
Utah and Weber State will square off in the 2021 season opener on Thursday, September 2 at Rice-Eccles Stadium. The game will begin at 5:30 p.m. MT and will be televised the Pac-12 Network.
It will mark the first non-conference opponent that Utah will face since Idaho State on Saturday, September 14, 2019. The Utes were forced to play a five-game conference-only schedule in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Utah has already announced the kickoff times for their road games against BYU and San Diego State in non-conference and their Friday night clash at Stanford in November.
The Utes will battle in-state rival BYU at LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo on Saturday, September 11 at 8:15 p.m. MT on ESPN. Then they will head to San Diego to face the Aztecs on Saturday, September 18 at 5 p.m. MT on CBS Sports Network.
When the Utes face the Cardinal, it will begin at 8:30 p.m. MT on Friday, November 5 on FS1.
