Donovan Mitchell Looks Unguardable In Opening Minutes Of Jazz/Grizzlies Game

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell looked unguardable during the opening minutes of Utah’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
The Jazz hosted the Grizzlies at Vivint Arena on Saturday, March 27.
Mitchell burst for 16 points during the first quarter of action.

The Jazz guard scored 13 of Utah’s first 20 points.
Mitchell started the contest shooting 4-4 overall and 2-2 on three-pointers.

At the end of the quarter, Utah owned a 39-19 lead.
The Jazz cooled off a tad and shot 56.5 percent for the quarter and 5-10 from distance.
Mitchell finished the quarter 5-6 on field goals. He also had one assist and a steal.
The fourth-year guard recorded a plus-nine rating in nine minutes.
This season, Mitchell is averaging 25.6 points per contest. That mark ranks No. 12 in the NBA.
