Report: Former Utah Utes RB Devontae Booker Signs With New York Giants

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former Utah Utes running back Devontae Booker signed with the New York Giants, according to multiple reports.
The Giants posted about the reports from the team’s official Twitter account on March 15.
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler and Jordan Raanan reported that Booker’s deal is worth up to $6 million over two years.

Devontae Booker in 2020
Last season, the former Utah standout played for the Las Vegas Raiders.
Booker recorded 93 carries for 423 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. He also had 17 catches for 84 yards.

He played in all 16 regular season games for Las Vegas.
Devontae Booker’s NFL Career
Booker joined the Raiders in 2020 after playing the first four seasons of his NFL career with the Denver Broncos.
The Broncos first acquired Booker during the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
During his five seasons, Booker has carried the ball 382 times for 1,526 yards and nine touchdowns. He’s caught 122 passes for 956 yards and one touchdown.
Booker’s played in 77 games over his career.
