The 2021 schedule is yet to be released, but the league confirmed today that the schedule will be made public over the next handful of weeks. Furthermore, pre-season training is expected to begin on February 22nd. There has been no comment by the league to suggest that the pre-season start date is moving.
Today also marks the start of the primary transfer window for MLS. Starting today and running through May 4th, clubs are allowed to sign players from abroad and domestically.
Real Salt Lake will be hopefully adding more players during the three-month period. A center back and striker remain the top two priorities for the club, with rumors suggesting that US international Bobby Wood may be putting pen to paper.
