Jazz Center Rudy Gobert Crushes Rim With Two-Handed Slam Dunk Against Clippers

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz center Rudy Gobert threw down a powerful two-handed slam dunk during the first half of Utah’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Jazz hosted the Clippers at Vivint Arena on Friday, January 1.
With 7:41 remaining in the second quarter, Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson dished the ball off to Gobert at the top of the arc. The 2019-20 NBA All-Star drove an open lane and rose up for the two-handed jam.
Gobert’s dunk gave the Jazz a 40-24 advantage.

The Jazz ended the first half on an 8-0 run and went into the locker room with a 51-42 lead.
Gobert finished the half with five points, eight rebounds, one assist, and one block.
Mike Conley led the Jazz with 18 points.
Despite allowing an 18 point lead to drop to 1, the @UtahJazz finished the half with a strong two minutes push to rebuild the lead to 9.

Paul George had 12 points for the Clippers while Kawhi Leonard added 11 points.
