SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Indianapolis Colts safety Julian Blackmon set up a game-winning field goal with a forced fumble in overtime against the Green Bay Packers.

Four plays later, Indianapolis kicked a 29-yard field goal to win the game.

Blackmon finished the contest with five total tackles and a forced fumble.

With the 34-31 victory, Blackmon and Indianapolis improved to 7-3 on the season.
