LOGAN, Utah – An anonymous opposing Mountain West Conference coach thinks that the Aggies will look a lot different in 2020.
After losing star quarterback Jordan Love and running back Gerold Bright, the Aggies will obviously look different but still return some veteran players.
Athlon Sports released their 2020 college football preview magazine. In some team sections, they have quotes from opposing coaches in their conference that talks about the team.
“I don’t think the offensive staff and Jordan Love ever looked like they were on the same page. They’re both gone now so expect them to look a lot different,” the anonymous MW coach said about the Aggies.
I like the view.

Utah State returns seven starters on offense including wide receiver duo Jordan Nathan and Deven Thompkins. Also, four of the five starters from last season return with the fifth starter projected to be a backup.
On defense, Utah State brings back five starters.
The Aggies finished the 2019 season with a 7-6 overall record and a 6-2 mark in conference play. After the season, Love decided to skip his senior season and entered the NFL Draft where he was a first round pick to the Green Bay Packers.
They are scheduled to open the 2020 college football season on Thursday, September 3 at home against Washington State.
