Utah State Agrees To Play Mississippi State In 2024; Date For Iowa Game In 2023 Changed

LOGAN, Utah – Utah State football has agreed to a one-game deal with Mississippi State in 2024 where the Aggies will go to Starkville to face another SEC foe.
The game will be played on Saturday, September 24, 2024. It will mark the first meeting ever between Utah State and Mississippi State.
Utah State is familiar with SEC country after facing eventual National Champion LSU last season. The Aggies have also played Tennessee in 2014 and Auburn in 2011. They have faced Alabama twice with the most recent meeting taking place in 2005, Kentucky three times, Arkansas in 2006 and Georgia in 1999.

Utah State also announced that their 2023 clash with Iowa will now be played on September 2. In 2023, they will face the Hawkeyes, at home against Idaho State and at Connecticut.
