San Diego’s Toreros Posterizes Zac Seljaas With Steal, Dunk

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – BYU guard Zac Seljaas was dunked on by a San Diego player during the second half of the game the Cougars and Toreros.
The Cougars played the Toreros at Jenny Craig Pavilion on Saturday, February 15.
San Diego forward Jared Rodriguez stole the ball, dribble the length of the court, and rose up to dunk the ball over Seljaas midway through the second half.
Rodriguez’s jam gave the Toreros a 48-46 lead with under 13 minutes left in the game.

The San Diego forward led the Toreros bench with 12 points on 5-6 shooting midway through final half of play.
The Cougars responded over the next few minutes to take a 60-55 lead.
BYU guard TJ Haws led the Cougs with 15 points on 5-10 field goals.

With just over eight minutes remaining, BYU was shooting 42.6 percent overall and 38.1 percent from there.
San Diego was shooting 48.9 from the field and 35.3 percent from behind the arc.
