Falslev’s Fourth Quarter TDs Stick Sky View In 4A Title Game

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Sky View’s Mason Falslev had a great final quarter where he scored twice against the Dixie Flyers and lifted the Bobcats into the 4A championship game.
Falslev’s special performance gave the Bobcats a 49-21 win after they were tied with the Flyers at halftime on Friday, November 15.
The Sky View talent had fourth quarter TD bursts of 51 and 21 yards to give the Bobcats a multiple score lead.
“Everybody knows who Mason is. He’s a special talent,” said Sky View head coach Chris Howell after the victory. “The cool thing about Mason is he wanted the ball going down the stretch.”

Falslev carried the ball seven times for 123 yards and 2 touchdowns vs. the Flyers.

He also threw twice for 63 yards and a touchdown.

After the game, Falslev spoke about his performance in the final two quarters of the game.
“This is like the greatest feeling ever,” said Falslev. “I was just thinking in the locker room, I’m gonna give it all I got and we got it done in the second half and it was awesome.”
Sky View quarterback Kason Carlsen was 13/23 for 161 yards and a touchdown in the passing game. He also ran the ball nine times for 36 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Dixie’s Preston Moore ran the ball 21 times for 110 yards and a score.
Sky View will take on Park City in the 4A championship game. The Miners defeated Pine View to reach the title game.
The Bobcats will play the Miners for the 4A title on November 22 at 11 a.m. The game will be played at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City.
