49ers LB Fred Warner Forces Fumble On Opening Drive Against Saints

SALT LAKE CITY – Former BYU Cougars and current 49ers linebacker Fred Warner forced a fumble on the opening drive of San Francisco’s game against the New Orleans Saints.
The 49ers hosted the Saints at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California on Sunday, November 27.
With 13:02 remaining in the first quarter, Saints running back Alvin Kamara ran for a couple of yards before Warner flew in and punched the ball free before tackling the New Orleans player.
Samson Ebukam recovered the ball for the 49ers at the New Orleans 43-yard line.

Warner had one tackle and a forced fumble on the drive.
This season, Warner has recorded 75 total tackles, 45 solo tackles, two sacks, and six pass breakups.
The Niners entered Week 12 with a 6-4 record this season.
