BYU/Utah Rivalry Hits Baltimore Ravens Locker Room With Funny Photo

SALT LAKE CITY – The rivalry between the BYU Cougars and Utah Utes reached an NFL locker room between Baltimore Ravens teammates Ty’Son Williams and Tyler Huntley.
On Tuesday, March 8, Williams, a former BYU running back, shared a photo of his teammate, former Utah signal-caller Tyler Huntley.
In the photo posted to Williams’ Instagram story, Huntley was sporting a gray and royal blue BYU shirt.
The former BYU standout tagged Huntley’s Instagram username along with three laughing emojis.

It’s unknown if Huntley lost a bet with Williams or if the former Ravens’ backup quarterback only put on the shirt for a funny photo opportunity.
Williams received the shirt in a box of gear sent to him by BYU Athletics. Similar boxes have been sent to other ex-Cougars/NFL players by BYU in recent days.
The former rivals have been teammates on the Ravens throughout the past two seasons. Both players have risen from the practice squad to Baltimore’s active roster.
Last season, Williams ran the ball 35 times for 185 yards and a touchdown. He added nine catches for 84 yards out of the backfield.

In 2021, Huntley threw for 1,081 yards, three touchdowns, and four interceptions with a 64.9 percent completion rate. He added 47 rushes for 294 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.

Baltimore finished the season with an 8-9 record.
