SALT LAKE CITY – Park City resident Courtney Rummel failed to qualify for the final of the Snowboarding Slopestyle event at the 2022 Winter Olympics.
Rummel participated in the Snowboarding Slopestyle Qualifications on Friday, February 4.
Beijing 2022 is Rummel’s first Olympic experience.

After struggling on her first run of the even, the Park City snowboarder improved on her second go.
Unfortunately for Rummel, her second score wasn’t enough to qualify for a top 12 placement and a spot in the final round on February 5.
Rummel finished in 18th place.
