SALT LAKE CITY – Salt Lake Community College’s Bruin Arena will play host to one of the top non-conference in Division I Men’s Basketball this year in USF vs Loyola Chicago.
Both squads put this game together on short notice after they saw their respective league games postponed due to opponents experiencing issues with COVID-19.

USF and Loyola Chicago have previously met six times in their histories. Both schools are Jesuit programs with the series dating back to 1949. The last meeting took place on November 27, 2010, in San Francisco, a game the Ramblers won over the Dons, 63-62.
Both USF and Loyola Chicago come into Thursday’s Salt Lake City tilt projected as at-large bids in the 2022 NCAA Tournament. The Ramblers as of Wednesday were ranked No. 18 in the NET rankings, with the Dons checking in at No. 32.
