New York Jets QB Zach Wilson Receives First Rating In Madden NFL 22

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU and current New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson received his first rating in the football video game “Madden NFL 22.”
Wilson’s first rating was unveiled on ESPN on Sunday, July 25.

The former BYU quarterback received an overall rating of 75.
Madden’s rating system goes up to a perfect rating of 100.

In addition to his overall rating, Wilson received the following detailed ratings:
- Awareness – 70
- Speed – 83
- Throws Under Pressure – 79
- Throw Power – 94
Wilson’s throwing power rating equaled that of 2020 NFL MVP and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

In May, Wilson predicted that he’d receive a Madden NFL 22 rating of 90.

The former BYU star was selected by the Jets with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft on April 29.
Wilson and the Jets open the regular season against the Carolina Panthers on September 12.
Madden NFL 22
The latest edition of the Madden series will be released on August 20. Madden NFL 22 will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Stadia, and PC.
Additional player ratings will be released from July 25-30.
