Sam Merrill, Elijah Bryant, Milwaukee Bucks Defeat Atlanta Hawks, Advance To NBA Finals

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Sam Merrill, Elijah Bryant, and the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Atlanta Hawks in the Eastern Conference Finals to advance to the NBA Finals.
The Bucks won the series, 4-2, with a Game 6 victory on Saturday, July 3.
Milwaukee won the elimination game, 118-107.

Bryant played in three games in the series against the Hawks and Merrill appeared in two of the Eastern Conference Finals contests.
With the victory, the former Utah State and BYU stars and current rookies will represent the state of Utah in the NBA Finals.
During the Bucks’ postseason run, Merrill has averaged 0.7 points, 0.7 rebounds, and 0.1 assists per game in seven contests.

Bryant has played in 10 of Milwaukee’s playoff games. In those games, he has averaged 1.4 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 0.4 assists per contest.

The Bucks will play the Phoenix Suns for this season’s NBA title.

Phoenix owns home court advantage during the championship series. The Suns will the Bucks for Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Tuesday, July 6 at 7 p.m. (MDT). The game will broadcast on ABC.
