Donovan Mitchell Completes Four-Point Play In Game 6 Against Clippers

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell completed a four-point play late in the first quarter of Game 6 against the LA Clippers.

With 1:21 left in the first quarter, Donovan Mitchell was fouled on a three-point attempt while making the shot.
Mitchell came down the floor with the ball when he quickly pulled up for three after going around a screen by Rudy Gobert. As he put up the shot, Terance Mann had his body and arm into Mitchell and the shot hit nothing but net. After the play, Mitchell was pumped.

Entering Game 6 on Friday night, Mitchell was listed as questionable with ankle soreness but he was able to play. At the end of the first quarter, Utah was up 33-31. Mitchell was the only Jazz player to play the entire quarter. He finished with 16 points on 6-of-11 shooting from the field and 3-for-4 from the three-point line.
Royce O’Neale added six points, Joe Ingles hit a triple, while Derrick Favors, Mike Conley, Rudy Gobert and Bojan Bogdanovic each had two points.
For the Clippers, Terance Mann led the way with 12 points in the first quarter. Both Marcus Morris and Paul George chipped in seven points.
