Pac-12 Network To Air Ty Jordan’s Top Performances From 2020 Season

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Pac-12 Network is paying tribute to the life of Utah running back Ty Jordan by airing his top performances this season.

The Pac-12 Network announced they will air the top performances from Ty Jordan on Wednesday, December 30 at 7 p.m. MST.
Jordan passed away at the age of 19 to an apparent accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound on Christmas night near his hometown in Texas.

The Pac-12 Network released the schedule of which games they will air on Wednesday. Beginning at 7 p.m. MST, the condensed re-airs will start with the Oregon State game on December 5 when Jordan ran for 167 yards and a touchdown in Utah’s win over the Beavers. After that game, the Network will air a “Football in 60” edition of the Utes’ road win over Colorado on December 12 when Jordan rushed for 147 yards and two TD’s.
They will conclude the tribute with Jordan’s last football game with the Utes. He had 154 yards and 3 touchdowns in Utah’s comeback win over Washington State on December 19. Jordan finished his freshman season with three straight 100-yard performances that led to three consecutive wins for the Utes. He was named Pac-12 Freshman of the Week three straight times and earned the Pac-12 Offensive Freshman of the Year award.
When Jordan made his college debut, he racked up 32 yards on seven carries along with one catch for 21 yards versus USC. Then he posted 97 yards on 10 rush attempts and 4 receptions for 31 yards against Washington.
In his freshman season, Jordan ran the ball 83 times for 597 yards and 6 touchdowns in five games.
