Utah Football Players, Coaches, Pac-12, Community Members React To Ty Jordan Passing

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah football family, fans, Pac-12 teams and community members and leaders are mourning the loss of Utes running back Ty Jordan.

The Mesquite, Texas native died in Denton, Texas after officials of the Denton County Police Department said Jordan was accidentally shot by a gun discharge Friday evening. He was rushed to a local hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
Many teammates, coaches, Pac-12, other college football coaches and community members expressed their condolences on social media after the news of Jordan’s passing.
