SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Tony Finau didn’t have the best showing in the final round of the St. Jude Invitational as he struggled to make up ground.
Finau finished the fourth round at four-over and that was the score that Finau ended the tournament with.
The Rose Park native started the tournament with a par on the first hole before scoring a bogey on No. 2. Finau finished the front nine with seven pars. The back nine didn’t start the way he wanted it to with a bogey. After three straight pars, Finau double-bogeyed the 14th hole. Finau made par on No. 15 before scoring his first and only birdie of the round on No. 16. He made par on the 17th hole and finished the round with a bogey.
When the tournament started on Thursday, Finau shot even par, followed by a two-under second round on Friday. On Saturday, Finau shot two-over.
